Shipping Policy

1. Studio Inspection & Processing Time

All catalogue orders at Hayatihome undergo quality inspection and packing within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Bespoke Studio custom commissions require 5 to 10 additional crafting days depending on glaze firing and plaster curing. Products will be delivered within 1–10 days.

2. Fragile Shockproof Packaging & Delivery Rates

Due to the delicate nature of hand-thrown ceramics, stone lamps, and plaster art, every piece is housed in custom-molded shock-absorbing inserts:

• Standard Fragile Courier: ₹100 flat rate (3 – 7 business days delivery depending on PIN code).
• Bulk / Multi-Item Shipments: ₹200 flat rate for orders with multiple heavy ceramic/lighting pieces.
• Complimentary Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders above ₹2,500.

3. Real-Time Tracking Notifications

Once your package is handed over to our insured courier partner, you will receive an automated email and WhatsApp notification with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for live scanning status to update on the courier tracking portal.

4. Address Accuracy & Redelivery

Please ensure your address and 6-digit PIN code are correctly entered during checkout. Hayatihome is not liable for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect address details. If a fragile package is returned due to insufficient address details, reshipping fees will be charged to the buyer.
